Inspired by REKO
REKO — fair consumption — began in Finland in 2013 as a simple, radical idea: producers and consumers meeting directly, with no middlemen. Today there are hundreds of rings across Sweden and beyond.
Elizabeth, Arianna and Ellie share a conviction: the way we produce and consume food is broken, and fixing it starts locally.
Harvie has been built with care and a deep belief that every choice we make at our table matters.
