Charcuterie made by hand using traditional methods in Biskopskulla-Rönna, north of Enköping. The pigs are raised by KRAV farmer Olle Linder at Åsbergby farm outside Knivsta. No nitrite or unnecessary additives — just high meat content, natural casings, and real craft.
