Heritage and purebred hens are kept here — no laying hybrids. The hens lay at their own natural pace, producing fewer eggs per year than industrial breeds, which means longer breaks between laying periods and a longer, healthier life. Egg size varies naturally by breed and age. The farm also offers sheepskin insoles, lamb skins, and rabbit hides.
