Östängens Gård

A new small farm in Sonö, Norrtälje, built around a closed-loop system: hens and Gotland sheep fertilise the vegetable garden, which in turn feeds the animals. The farm also keeps bees — a tradition in the family for over 50 years. Both owners work from home, giving them plenty of time each day to properly care for their animals.
