Resta Gård

A KRAV-certified organic farm where animals live a natural life outdoors year-round, staying with their mothers until they are ready to wean and growing at their own pace. No pesticides, no additives in sausages or charcuterie, and slaughter takes place at small local abattoirs. The farm also grows heritage grain milled into flour, semolina, bran, and pasta; tends an apple orchard producing fruit and juice; and keeps bees for honey.
