Small craft bakery in Bålsta focused on local ingredients. Real long-fermented sourdough, classic hålkakor, soft tunnbröd, buns and cakes. Flour comes mainly from Jädra Prästgård in Upplands Bro and Saltå Kvarn, with a focus on heritage grains.
