Slinkom Gård

A small farm with a clear goal: nutritious, good-tasting food produced with minimal environmental impact. Pigs roam large paddocks, sheep graze on clover-rich pastures and natural grazing land for much of the year. Winter fodder is grown on-site or sourced from nearby farms. No tractor — all feeding and mucking out is done by hand. A genuinely hands-on, low-impact farm.
